Best plugin support I’ve experienced

I have been using Charitable in a highly customized fundraising app environment. There have been features I’d wished already existed, but its overall architecture is sound, with clean code and good documentation, so I can usually find what I need to in order to hack my way to success. In fact, since I’ve found the published documentation to be of very little use, I rely almost completely on code docs.

But the real winner here is their support. They answer me promptly, intelligently, and with actual code examples. They don’t just point me to an article, but engage at a human level. Thank you!
