Best Practice for Full Width Pages

    I’ve created a Layout Element set to Full Width (no padding) and Entire Site.

    I create a Container and set Alignment to Full Width.

    So how do I add, say, an HTML block that is centered with max width of 1200px on desktop, or 100% on a phone? Add another container, or element, or change settings in the html block, or something else?
