    It is wonderful for the automated ability to have related posts automatically included in the articles I write to help terminally ill patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

    The ONLY reason this is not a five star rating is there is currently, as of 07-15-2023, a security vulnerability for which the team was notified almost a week ago without an update or response to being notified.

    This issue has been patched in v5.30.5. Please upgrade to the latest version.

    The issue was limited to Windows servers and the user would have to have writing permission. If your server is Linux (most are), you were not affected at all. In any case, it is patched now.
