default settings are good
“lagging” is mostly because of bad lazyloading, many animations, or render-heavy elements
…or – as this is JS – maybe your computer is overloaded, but that’s probably last possible option
@kubiq Can u suggest me how to make it better? The lazy load stuff.
I am currently using smush lazy load.

well, you are using visual composer (wp bakery) and that’s worst (non)optimized builder, so you need to optimize your website…
take a look here how it works on JS heavy website – there are parallax, scrollreveal effects, video render and everything: https://www.fromagesspielhofer.ch/
you need to hire some developer to optimize your web, but I’m not sure if it will be possible as you use this builder
sorry, I can not help you more, your website is bloated and that’s the problem
