In all my woocommerce products, I will have 5 to 10 custom attributes:

Right now, to save a new product, I have to enter to product > attributes, New> name, value and finally save.

It would be much better for me having those fields already created and just fill those which I need. Is it posible???

Yes; You’d need to go to Products > Attributes, set up some attributes and terms for each.

Once set up, those attributes will also be available for use as variations.
