Better degradation (when javascript is disabled)

Nice plugin! The best slideshow plugin I’ve tried I think. I have one suggestion. I am building a site with a homepage slider and one of the standard tests I do is to disable javascript (using Firefox with NoScript) to see how everything degrades. My homepage slider degrades to the spinning loading wheel, and I would much rather have it degrade to show the first slideshow image. I could be missing a setting option (if so thanks in advance for pointing it out), otherwise I think this is a feature request.
