Better mobile admin support

Love the plugin, but one feature I would love to see implemented is better support for configuring the forms on mobile phones. The extensive reliance of :hover states, which aren’t present on mobile, and just non-responsive displays (e.g., the layout is not editable because the field configuration panel hides it), makes it hard to even make quick fixes or updates to the form while on the go.
