Better off using a donation platform…

    The first year of using this plug-in was great, a couple hundred to install and all is well. When your license expires and “important security updates are needed” the plugin fails and you will need to spend a couple hundred EVERY YEAR.

    Non-profits are better off using a dedicated donation platform than give-wp.

    Never reviewed a plug-in before; but stay far away unless you just need it for one year.

    You’ll be spending thousands in no time.

    HI @dig311dug — it sounds like you had some trouble with some issues. But I don’t see any support requests from you at all. Our Support team is highly technical and responsive.

    Additionally, GiveWP free users don’t spend any money at all — I think you know that, but it’s important to acknowledge in light of your claim that users will spend a couple hundred every year. It’s not accurate that “when your license expires… the plugin fails”. All our add-ons are open source addons and fully functional whether the license is expired or not.
