Hi Andrea:
We don’t load any Javascript on pages that do not have a Listly list. We do load a single CSS on all pages so that any Listly plugin renders with the correct styling immediately, but this CSS file is cached once in the browser and should not affect loading subsequent pages for a user.
We are looking at ways to avoid this as well. Maybe we can give an option in settings that is a tradeoff between eager loading of a single CSS file vs. delayed loading. Then it would be a tradeoff that you can choose.

Hi Andrea,
We’ve updated Listly to handle this better in the latest version 1.6.7. Please check it out when you get a chance. We only load all assets (including jQuery) only when Listly short code is on page.

Shyam
