Installed this on test site, everything worked nicely even though the template is a bit annoying to deal with, as a designer. Regardless, everything worked fine until I ran into an issue, well documented on the support forum, but not in the documents, that if you try to save something with the backslash character (\) inside the tab instead of just rejecting the saving procedure, it deletes your current tabs throwing an error.
Neat, just lost half an hour remaking the same tab multiple times before being able to figure out there was a backslash in the text somewhere and for some reason there’s no exception/confirmation/something to prevent the data loss upon saving.
Think it’s over? I thought so, because for everything else it’s such a nice plugin… But then I switched the test site onto production server, everything worked fine except THIS plugin. That’s right, you guessed it, all tabs empty again.
I thought, that’s some kind of corruption again, I’ll waste more hours, delete all tabs individually (there is a thread about this) and re-make them again, since the plugin does NOT clean its data upon uninstallation and there’s no documentation whatsoever about where in the database the strings can be found – yes, in postmeta, but WHAT STRINGS??? I have THOUSANDS.

    Think it’s over yet? Nope!
After uninstalling it and re-installing it, remaking all the tabs (with new IDs, to exclude potential corruption issues) and all the content yet again, I thought I could finally enjoy it working like on the test server.
I re-made the tabs and one day later, I open the site and they’re gone again. If I try to edit the tabs all the content is simply gone and even the relative style.

Thanks for the amount of frustration and time wasted, making me look like a fool to the owner as well for good measure. I’ll install something that doesn’t kill my content every other day with no warnings I guess. You should do the same.

P.S.: I’ve worked with a ton of plugins in my life, never felt the need to register before, but this one was definitely the one that failed in the most catastrophical way of them all, annoying me so much to push me to register to post this. So yes, the account has been registered today, I am not a bot, review is unfortunately (wish I could say something positive) true.
