From the moment I started using WordPress, I’ve been over 100% happy and satisfied with Elementor. As a non-techie, I was amazed by how Elementor empowered me to create a professional-looking website from scratch. I began with their free version and shortly upgraded to pro. Their support is prompt, helpful, and provides excellent assistance.
However, it would be more convenient if they allowed users to utilise a single ticket for multiple questions or issues instead of requiring separate tickets for each one. Having to log in and submit multiple tickets can be a bit frustrating, especially for users like me who are still learning. Additionally, I’ve encountered some difficulty in navigating the process of submitting a ticket to support.
Despite these minor challenges, I’ve been able to reduce the number of plugins I use significantly, as Elementor covers most of my needs. Keep up the great work, Elementor team!
