Bidding Increments Problem

Hi there!

However, when I put a starting price of $15 with a bidding increment of $1 and then make the auction live it makes the first bidder bid $16. It seems to think that there is already a bid. I would like that first bid to bid the starting bid.

I can put the starting bid at $14 and then they bid $15 but it seems as though I am missing something in how to set it up for the first bid to be the starting bid.
