    I deleted my site and made a backup copy of the wpvivide plugin. When I downloaded the plugin again after downloading WordPress, the backup copy did not appear. Can I recover the files?

    Hello @tbou

    WPvivid backups are stored in the wp-content/wpvividbackups folder on your site. When you delete the website, this entire folder is also deleted. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover it once the site is gone. But you can still check with your hosting provider to see if they have any server-side backups that could be used to restore the site.

    It is highly recommend backing up to cloud storage like GoogleDrive to prevent data loss in server crash scenario.
