syntax error in custom-header.php file

Download a new copy of your theme to your local computer – from here:

https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/kelly/

Then using FTP or CPanel, replace that file.

BTW, you should not be modifying theme files – except in a child theme – as your changes will be lost when the theme is updated.
