Big Issue Paypal payment method

Hi,
we have a very big issue with the paypal payment method.

We have set up all Woo Commerce settings in the best way, but when we proceed with paypal method and we insert Paypal email and password, the Paypal’s system show us this Error Message “Please review your email and password“.

The customer has a business paypal account and we have set up in
the Woo Commerce –> Setting –> Checkout –> Paypal, the Token ID, the API key and the correct email associated account. We also generated the Woo Commerce Rest API.

All these settings are setted up like in all documentation or tutorial, but our site doesn’t work anyway.
