    As in the thread created by @retinadigital , I am experiencing exactly the same problem with this plugin.

    The shopengine template creator calls is_on_sale() when opening a template on an element that is not a product, causing php error, and elementor crash. Support’s response? Close the topic and delete the messages instead of listening to the community to resolve the issues in their topic.

    The only way to correctly create a unique product template and be able to modify it later is to tinker with their plugin.

Could you please share a short video showing what you’re trying to achieve and the issue you’re facing? Also, kindly share your System Info (here’s a video guide on how to provide it: https://d.pr/0ANKbc). This will help us reproduce the issue and inspect your setup properly.
