problems with the print version

    Hi, I have a problem with printing the delivery note. the pdf looks alright, but when I print it out strange characters instead of the text. if I try it more than once, then it works after about 10 test pages.

    What could that be?

    Hello! I’m sorry to hear it’s not printing correctly. We don’t have any control beyond the point when the PDF is created. If you’re seeing a good PDF but the printout is messed up, there may be an issue with your browser or PDF viewer. You could try:

    1. Using a different browser to print from
    2. Setting the plugin to download the PDF rather than displaying it in the browser, then printing it from the regular desktop program (preferably Adobe Reader)
