    Hi,

    Thank you for wonderful plugin. It really saved me time to manage orders.

    We are having issue while adding the email address for clients. If i login as admin and want to place order for my client though it allows me to fill in customer billing details like name and address, it doesnt allow me to add billing email or its hidden probably as i’m already logged in.

    Can you please assist on why billing email is not available for input even if i set shop as client enabled?

    Hi,

    You’re using the new blocks checkout? The email has moved into the customer fields section, not next to the address anymore.

    If you’re using the classic checkout, can you please share the website URL?

    It seems the email fields is being removed and replaced with the “welcome back…” message, because you are in fact logged in. WooCommerce does not do that. Please check if any 3rd party (maybe checkout customization) plugin is doing this.
