    Hello,

    I sold a website that used Jetpack for backups. The buyer was supposed to change the payment method but he has not and I am still being billed for it. I need to cancel it but I no longer have access to the dashboard. How can I cancel it?

    Hi @erania-pinnera

    Do you have a link for the contact form? I understand a public forum is not the right place to share details, but I can’t find a contact form and the Jetpack AI chatbot told me the forum is the only way to get in touch with a human without being able to login. I’m happy to use a contact form but I can’t find one. Thanks.

    @erania-pinnera Thank you. I just sent a message with the receipt ID from the last receipt that I have. There’s no way for me to attach a document to the message through the contact form, but I can send a copy of the receipt by email if needed. Thanks.
