billing_address tag

    Hi,

    I’ve a few modules active on my site. As I already wrote in an other post, I used “billing_address” to obtain the donor’s address (template tags there is a “offline_mailing_address” tag, but there is not a tool to put it in the form).

    Now, when i receive a mail with a gift notification, I also receive the donor address in all the modules, except one. Infact, for the module “Celebrazione messe” (https://www.sangabriele.org/messe/) the it appears the tag billing_address instaed of the donor’s address.

    I hope you can help me in understand what is the problem.

    Glad you reached out! Happy to help.

    Can you clarify more about the issue? Do you mean that the billing address is not appearing properly on the new donation emails?

    I checked your form in here — https://www.sangabriele.org/donations/celebrazione-messe/, and it looks like nothing is out of the ordinary.

    In your shoes, I would double-check the email tag and then try test donations to pinpoint where the information from the email tag is coming from.
