Bind User

Our Active Directory servers require a Bind user (e.g., cn=ldaplookup,ou=Service Accounts,dc=company,dc=com) and password to establish a connection to the AD server before performing user lookup/authentication.

Is there a place to specify this information in the plugin? I don’t see it in the setup screen, so none of my user lookups on the test screen work.
