I’m facing an issue with the Bit File Manager plugin on my WordPress site. Instead of displaying the correct URL or a relative path for my files, the plugin is showing an absolute path that includes the “E:” drive (e.g., E:/Rich/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/file-manager/…). I would like to change this behavior so that it uses a relative path or a different directory.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What steps or configuration changes can I make to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can resolve this issue by updating the path settings from the Settings/Permission section of the Bit File Manager plugin. There, you should be able to configure the plugin to use a relative path or set a custom directory for file storage and display.

Let us know if you need help navigating to that setting!
