Hi. I have a problem and a question. I have set up data transfer from bitform to google sheets through your internal integration. Everything was working well and stably, but at some point the data transmission stopped, while the data is being generated correctly. How do I find out the cause of the problem and how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To help identify the issue, please check the integration log for the affected entries:

    1. Go to the Bit Form > Entries page.
    2. Open any entry that didn’t send data to Google Sheets.
    3. Click on the entry record to view its details.
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Integrations Log.
    5. Copy the log response and share it with us — this will help us determine the cause of the issue and guide you on how to fix it.

Thanks for the answer! I found the logs! I’m not sure, but apparently the problem is on google’s side. Strange. I haven’t changed or touched anything in bitform or Google. Why could this error occur?

I think I found the answer to this error on your website. But there is a problem. When I try to follow the link listed in the description, it takes me to another page.

Google has recently updated their Developer Console interface, which may have caused some confusion. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

    1. Delete your existing Google Sheets integration in Bit Form.
    2. Open the Google Developer Console.
    3. Go to OAuth Consent Screen > Audience > Publishing Status.
    4. Change the App Status from Testing to In Production.
    5. Once done, go back and recreate the integration in Bit Form.

Thanks! Your instructions have solved the problem! But I have a question…can this problem happen again?

Hopefully, it will not create any problem in the future.
