Bitnami WordPress Stack in Amazon Security Issue with GeoPlugin

Dear Wp Statistics

After I installed WORDPRESS by BITNAMI in AMZON AWS EC2, there has been an issue,
In Bitnnami worpress, plugins which uses GEOPLUGIN are unable to fetch the information of User Country it also doesnt show their flag.

The same issue is seen with Wisechat plugin @wisechat.

I do not know how to resolve this issue.

What could cause this problem?
