Hey Iguetig!
Those look like they are inside the Testimonial Body – meaning they have been entered into WordPress.
Typically, this is an encoding issue and comes up when copying/pasting content from one application to another, or one operating system to another, such as copying directly from Microsoft Word into WordPress.
One thing that works, usually, is either typing out the Testimonial (tedious!) or copying and pasting them into a simple editor, such as Notepad, and then copying them from there into WordPress – this should remove the faultily encoded characters.
I hope that helps!
Best,
Richar
Hey Richard,
I appreciate the help! It looks like when I update any testimonials through the plugin and preview it, I see the changes just fine (I made a few typo corrections and even created a new testimonial for one of the ones with the diamond question mark). When I go to livingmagazine.net/testimonials and livingmagazine.net/advertise-living-magazine, though, the changes don’t populate. Could that have something to do with the testimonials being imported to that page through the plugin?
Hey lguetig!
It looks like I missed your reply (from 4 months ago, yikes!)
Do you still need help with this?
Best,
Richard
Hi Richard,
I think so. I still don’t know what causes it, but I have learned the code that populates them so I have gone in and deleted that as I find them.
