    WordPress 7.0 was just released, and this issue is caused by a bug introduced in the wp_kses() sanitization process:

    As a result, the slide thumbnails are not rendered correctly in the backend.

    We’ve already made some changes in our latest build to avoid this issue, so once we release a new version, the slide thumbnails should show up again in the backend, too.
