Black video thumbnail

    When inserting from pc a video, often I obtain a black thumbnail with an arrow

    How to fix it ?

    Also : how to set the preview thumbnail at determinate minute and second of the video or simply how to replace thumbnail to a jpeg I want ?

    HTML5 Video shows you how to add video into your code, you may have the URL or the video format incorrect.

    You can also use the Video Poster attribute to add an image.

    Video is taken from pc so what code should I insert ?

    Video is reproduced same into wordpress site same locally without any problem, so what are the correct format accepted to see also thumbnail preview ?
