    Hello,

    I have a customer who’s emailing me stating she can’t get my site to load. The notice she receives says “Security Firewall is activated for your IP (her IP address)”. I see her IP is blocked in the log. How can I approve this IP. I think I checked all the logs and I’m not seeing any IPs in the black or white list logs.
