Blackbird Theme – Problems loading in mobile browser

Our organization launched a new website using the Blackbird theme recently. We are happy with the way the site looks but are finding that it is not loading properly on some mobile devices – specifically android phones. Tried deactivating third-party plugins as suggested by theme authors but hasn’t resolved the issue.

Please help!
