Blacklisted Comment Push Notifications

Currently it seems that comments which have thrown into trash by using comment blacklisting keywords are still notified. I personally use this feature to block any comment with “http://”, “https://”, “SEO” in it to prevent spam. Probably it’s a good idea to add an option so that those comments in the trash are not pushed? I am now using a script to filter those comments before they reach Pushover but it would be great if Pushover plugin can handle such situation.
