Blank Access Level admin page

    I just installed your plugin to give it a try and I got a blank access level settings page as in the image below:

    Any ideas what is causing this?

    Also, can restrictions be applied based on custom post date?
    User role #1 sees ALL published/updated custom posts as soon as they are published/updated.
    User role #2 only sees custom posts that were published/updated x number of days ago or older.
    If this is possible how can I implement it. Thank you so much!!!

    Thank you for reporting this.

    This problem is most likely caused by another plugin enqueuing an unneeded script that breaks the screen.

    What plugins do you have activated on your site? Would it be possible to deactivate them one by one to find the cause?
