Blank emails / not sent

    Hi there, I’m having problems with Mail Bank, as it seems to be ‘not sending’ blank emails every few seconds, and our unsent folder is now filled with blank emails. No recipient, no subject line, nor content. Other emails are being sent just fine, but the spammy empty emails in our outbox needs regularly clearing.

    We’re using Contact Form 7 and RegistrationMagic and believe the issue might be related to this, but we can’t confirm either way. Are there any known issues with compatibility?

    Hi,

    Please disable all your other plugins and switch to the Core Theme.

    It might be a confliction with one of the installed plugins or the Theme Installed.

    We tested it thoroughly and wasn’t able to reproduce the error.
