    @elongzy I ended up uninstalling this plugin (really bad support) and installing Photo Reviews for WooCommerce – much much better plugin that has a built-in review reminder system that is far more sophisticated than the YITH one – here’s a link to it!

    sorry for the delay but the image you sent is not related to our plugin.

    About the issue, have yoiu tried to deactivate all other plugins (except woocommerce) and see inf the issue persists?
