Blank Feed Question

Hi,

I have set everything up and am trying to get a feed based on a certain hashtag. First I am wondering if the feed is supposed to get all posts from all users that have used that hashtag or if it is only looking for posts with that hashtag by my username. I want it to pull all posts with that hashtag by anyone.

I connected my Instagram, made a new feed with that hashtag, and have placed the function in my page template file, but there is nothing there and no error.
