Blank frame popup

    Hello,
    I purchased this plugin to display script ads. I need the ad to be displayed as a popup after displaying certain elements. I managed to set this function but as soon as the ad pops up, it displays a blank frame. If I set the display when the page loads, it works properly but as soon as I set the display after scrolling or exit page or after time, it displays an empty frame. I have tried this to mint the site in debug mode without plugins. And nothing has changed.

    @simulatorsczech Just checked your site. Looks like you are loading the Ajax Load option. Kindly disable the Ajax load option from the Campaign Settings.

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, it could be an issue with WP Rocket. Can you please disable the plugin, clear the cache and see if it shows up fine?

    If it works, you will need to disable lazy script loading in WP Rocket.

    Hi,
    I disable all plugins and change to default template, still the same.
    Preconfigured popups works fine, but this is ads script.

    @simulatorsczech Did you disable the Ajax Load option from the Campaign Settings Screen?

    Yes, I do
    Could there be a problem with the ad supplier? The script refers to an external Java script. There is a popup in the condition, I have this embedded script or the whole function available, but the function doesn’t work in WordPress, so I wanted to solve it through this plugin.

    Hi, it was my mistake, I have to access the site from the referring site, then it works properly.
