What you see is the preloading picture. It should be replaced by the JS at the first interaction with the user (click, scroll, etc.). When it is not replaced, you may have JS errors in the console. Can you provide a link to your webpage?
I see this after a simple mouse movement or clicking on the form: https://prnt.sc/7YymvbJ_B2Wm. Everything behaves properly. I sent a test request successfully.
🙂 Believe me – my visit could not change anything on your website. It means that everything worked before my visit, too.
On the lechi… site, you have a JS error in the console. Exactly, as I guessed above. This error prevents the execution of JS scripts on site, including the hCaptcha script.
Get rid of this error, and hCaptcha will work.
i believe in you 🙂
How i catch the js problem?
i’m not expert in this language
I don’t know which plugin or code loads the script producing an error. Try to deactivate plugins one by one and change the theme to a standard one. Or, find a developer who can help you have access to your admin.
The problem is not relevant to the hCaptcha plugin.
For us, it is prohibited to ask for access to your website, so we cannot help, unfortunately.
