We’re sorry you’re having trouble with the Yoast SEO metabox appearing as blank in your page/post edit screen. I imagine this can be frustrating for you.
While we are not familiar with your setup, we would like some more information from you to narrow down the cause:
– Please check the browser console for errors. How to find JavaScript errors with your browser’s console? If any error is seen, can you describe us or send us the screenshot highlighting the error?
You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
Further:
– Can you please confirm your Divi theme is updated? If you update, does the issue resolve?
– In case you’re using a Divi child, please check if the issue only persists with the Child or parent or on both.
– If you clear your browser cache and cookies, does this resolve the issue?
– Does the issue resolve if you use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox, or Safari?
– If you have any browser plugins/extensions, does disabling them resolve the issue?
– Please make sure that your WordPress setup meets our plugin requirements.
Can you inform us of the results on each point above?
Divi was up to date, I just tried testing with the plugins again and I now see the the Realtyna WPL plugin is causing the conflict. I will have to take it up with them. Thanks
