    Hello,
    I have installed the free plugin on a WordPress version without woo commerce.
    The WP version is : 4.9.8
    BUT when I select users>User import export I have a blank page (only an ad for storefront that I can’t close).
    Is there a solution ?

    We have fixed the issue and updated. Please update the plugin to the latest version (1.1.3).

    Hi, I downloaded and installed your plugin just now and I am getting a CSV page with the header only?

    ID user_login user_pass user_nicename user_email user_url user_registered display_name first_name last_name user_status roles

    None of the user data had exported?

    I am running the wp 4.2.10 and your latest plugin.

    I didn’t select any user role, no offset, no limits.

    all of the tick boxes in columns are ticked.

    Please help.

    This happens on wordpress version 4.9.9 and plugin version 1.2.2

    The plugin gets installed and activated properly, when click on Users > User Import Export results in blank page.

    We have tested the same in our test environment with WordPress version 4.9.9 and were unable to replicate the issue. Please reach us via support.
