Could you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, then in the top right corner check for a log named fatal-errors-xxxx with todays date? If it exists, could you click View and share the contents of that log with us?
Hi Ewout, there is only 1 error in that log, but it’s from another plugin.

Do you have access to your PHP error logs? I’m expecting an error to be showing somewhere, especially since you mention you’re seeing a blank page. If you don’t know where to find your PHP error logs, your host could help with this. You may want to go through the procedure of updating the settings again so that the error is triggered again.
Strange. I just enabled debugging. And I try settings again and now it works.
Thanks for assisting me anyway. Hopefully it will continue working.
Is there any way to edit the packing PDF?
I just want to add only 1 image at bottom center…
