Blank page when I activate plugin

Hello,

When I desativate or delete Updraft plugin (https://pt.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/updraftplus/) I get blank page in homepage and all wp-admin pages, it only solves this problem if I activate Updraft again… this is very strange, how can I solve this?
