    Good day all.

it seems like my website functions properly until i press the back button after going into a product on either my laptop or android. The screen goes blank and displays only the footer elements.

Please advise if anyone had this issue before.

  • Hi @saudiqmoerat,

Thanks for contacting us, and congrats on the website. The design is nice, I did some tests on your site, but to have more background could you share your UUID?

    Hi @saudiqmoerat,

Some reason my response didn’t go through, But I will answer again, the theme that you are using, add this backdrop and remove it programmatically with javascript because the AMP version doesn’t run the javascript the backdrop is not removed when the page is loaded.

You are using a Premium Theme, I would get in contact with the theme developer and suggest removing the backdrop for the loader on the amp version here there are some code samples showing to add or remove a code on the amp version, and check if they have any AMP solution, usually ThemeForest theme creates their own solution for AMP.

Another thing, you are using Elementor, it is not fully AMP compatible at this time. As a result, you may encounter some validation errors and some Elementor features which may not render as expected in their AMP versions due to AMP’s removal of Elementor’s custom JavaScript. You can follow this GitHub issue for future updates on Elementor compatibility.

You can also try using the AMP Enhancer plugin, which adds an additional layer of AMP compatibility for Elementor and several other plugins.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you require any further assistance.
