Blank page without errors on debug mode.

    I have update the woocommerce at latest version and now i have on the top of modules page the message with :
    Update WooCommerce data required – just update your installation to the latest version
    Run Update

    When i click update is going to this page:
    mywebsite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&do_update_woocommerce=true

    A Blank Page

    I have activate wp debug, and i have checked on server the php error logs but still nothing to find what is the problem and after to be able to fix it.

    Someone can help me with that?

    Sounds like you may be running out of memory. Have you found the server error log? Host may have instructions on how to find it.

    Hello Mike, thanks for your quis response.

    I have talked with my host provider and nothing found in the server error log. We have increaset the memory to, from 256 to 512Mb but still the same think.
    I have changed the default theme, i have deactivate some plugins…
    Still nothing 🙁

    A white screen must log ‘somewhere’ unless the host or config file is purposely suppressing error reporting or logs. The host should know…

    We have duble checked again the woocommerce 2.4.4 seems to be installed perfect and without errors, let me know how i can hide that notify from header until is not doing nothing is just a bad stiki 😀

    It needs to run; when its done it updates db version and stops displaying. Ideally need to find why its not completing..
