Quiz not working

Hi, I’ve created quizzes on my course but all of my quiz pages are not showing quiz questions, either to me or to my users. before I ran a debug, the page was showing as blank with only the title. I’ve followed the steps to enrol in the course however even enrolled users are having this problem. The quiz questions were created as normal through course builder. Why might this be happening? I have updated to the latest version and searched for solutions here but have had no luck.
