Thanks for reaching out, we have not received any other reports of such incidents with the latest versions of the Sensei LMS plugin.
Before the issue started happening did you do any other plugin or theme update on the website?
To check further and isolate the issue, please install the Health Check plugin on your website and enable Troubleshooting mode. After that enable only the Sensei LMS Plugin and check whether the Quizes show up properly.
If the quizzes are working, you can enable other plugins one by one while checking the quiz page to narrow down the issue.

Hello yes the steps indeed helped. In troubleshooting mode using default theme the issue didn’t happen. After an update to my current theme the issue is resolved.
