Blank Screen

Hi when i go to:
http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

Click wp-filebase icon, open windows with BLANK SCREEN

you can help me, let me know why this happens and what should I do to correct it.

There is no theme or another plugin installed in my wp
