If you have a backup of that file, you’re going to need to replace the edited one with the backup copy (or undo what you did to it if you can do it accurately). You can use an FTP client (like FileZilla), or your web-host’s cPanel or file manager to do this.
Download a copy of it as another backup first, even though it has an error. It contains your database connection info that you will want to keep handy.
hi Bill,
my website back, thanks a lot.
i found this in error logs, is it a serious error or i can ignore it?
[Sun Mar 08 03:05:02 2015] [error] [client 80.3.148.47] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace., referer: http://clubpenguincodes.co/
Glad your site is back up! Regarding the error, since it’s (probably) a different issue, I think it would be best for you to mark this thread resolved and to re-post that specific question so someone who knows more about that type of thing will notice it and jump in. I don’t have enough experience with those to be much help, I’m afraid. It also might be worth contacting your web host to see if they can help narrow it down. They can check your logs and .htaccess file(s) for you.
Thanks Bill, will post the question in new topic.
You’re welcome. Good luck!
