blank screen after install

    Hi,

    I just installed your plugin, began to set up my first chat bot, clicked install widget and got a blank page – please see screen shot

    I’ve added the code to my footer manually and it works now, great plugin guys well done!

    I will close this as resolved.

    Hi @agizzie, thank you for letting us know! We will definitely check this with our developers. In the meantime, would you be able to check if the same issue happens in a different browser?

    Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up adding the JS code to my footer and everything works fine now.

    I did edit my initial post to say that I had done so, sorry I thought I had closed the thread and marked it as solved.
