Blank Site

    Hello to the forum. Today I have updated the plugin Contactform 7 with my customer. When the Ubdate was finished, there is only one blank site.
    Can someone help me please?

    Dear Author,
    Thank you for your quick response.

    The first customer I had an error log. … (blank-site-15).
    At the 2nd customer unfortunately only “Blanke Site”. … (blank-site-17).

    It is the same problem, only with another customer.
    I have 35 customers with which I have the plugin used with 5 of 15 customers is it went wrong, so always a “blank site” after the update appeared.
    Now I have to update 20 customers mor and it is probably understandable that I have problems with Contact Form 7, which I always have to make an restore over the provider because you can not log in.

    I ask you to help me.

    Is there a program before the update to find out whether the plugin problems?
    It is also in your interest, if the plugin does not create errors.

    What other plugins and theme do you use? Which version of WordPress do you use? Who is the host and which version of PHP is used on the server? Where can I see the site?
