    I’ve installed the domain mapping Plugin on this fresh installation: weareinfluence.com

    And I’ve tried setting up a domain redirect here: weareinfluence.com/thehandyholder/

    But when visiting the domain after setting up the DNS it appears blank…

    The server has a dedicated IP, but there are other sites on it. Does that make a difference?

    I have followed all of the setup instructions (moving sunrise.php, etc…).

    You need to set up a domain alias in your webserver config that points your mapped domain to your WP install.

    Thanks Ron.

    For others who are wondering the same and happen to be using Virtualmin/Webmin

    I simply selected my domain, then selected Create Virtual Server and then select Alias as the option and entered the customers domain. Viola.
