blank white screen

I’m just guessing the version of wordpress because I can’t access the site nor the back end. I just have a white screen. I tried restoring the site to http://hiremobility.com.au/restored/ with a backup from last November but same thing. I have disabled plugins, disabled themes, but nothing works. When I tried importing the site into xampp I got a warning from Kaspersky that header.php was infected (and deleted). I haven’t managed to get it set up in Xampp yet. I then went to the side and renamed the header.php files but that didn’t help. Don’t know where to go next. Any suggestions?
